Job Description
The Account Payable Clerk is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations to ensure the absolute accuracy of all financial records. Duties include account payable, invoicing, journal entry, data entry, general ledger accounting, reporting, and payroll management using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. A strong understanding of financial statements and experience with account receivable is preferred. The ideal candidate should hold an ACCA or CPA certification.
