What this role usually involves

• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
• Operate coffee machines and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Manage inventory of coffee supplies and notify management when stock is low
• Handle cash transactions and process payments when required
