Job Title: Visual Merchandiser (Telecom/ISP Industry) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design, set up, and maintain eye-catching displays that maximize visual appeal and drive retail sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Design visually appealing window displays, counter showcases, and shelving arrangements that align with company branding and target audience preferences. * Maintain displays regularly to ensure products look fresh, pristine, and duly presented. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to implement new merchandising strategies and campaigns. * Conduct market research to stay updated on current design trends and competitor activities. * Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that support sales goals and drive traffic to stores. * Analyze the effectiveness of merchandising displays through regular performance evaluations and adjust as needed. * Provide training and guidance to store associates regarding display setup, maintenance, and best practices. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field * Proven experience (2-3 years) in visual merchandising, retail, or a similar role * Strong knowledge of current design trends, display techniques, and materials * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines * Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data to inform merchandising decisions * Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch)
