Job Description
The Account Payable and Invoicing specialist is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and distributing accurate and timely statistical financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports. Key responsibilities include journal entry, data entry, general ledger accounting, reporting, payroll processing, and the preparation of financial statements. Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, as well as knowledge of Account Receivable processes. ACCA or CPA certification is preferred. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
