We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Information Technology (IT) department, where you will play a crucial role in transforming complex technical data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency, enhance security, and support strategic decision-making. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills and analytical prowess. Responsibilities: 1. Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 2. Develop data models and perform statistical analysis to provide actionable insights for business operations. 3. Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions. 4. Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing best practices and adhering to company policies. 5. Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. 3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel. 4. Strong understanding of statistical analysis methods and machine learning algorithms. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences. 7. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
