You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop and implement strategies that align with our brand values and business objectives. Responsibilities: - Oversee product development from conception to delivery - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches - Manage operational processes, including inventory management, quality control, and supplier relationships - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share - Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience as a product manager or similar role - Strong understanding of the airlines and aviation industry - Excellent project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
