Job Description
Position: Operational Excellence Specialist Location: Satair (Click here for more information) Job Objectives: The Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving the next generation of operational efficiency across our regional footprint. In this role, you will be tasked with: - Implementing and managing operational improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and implementing best practices. - Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve operational excellence goals. - Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring progress towards achieving targets. - Continuously assessing and improving operational processes to ensure smooth workflow and minimal disruptions.
