UX Interaction Designer

Job Description

Contract Interaction Designer (Public Sector). Hybrid Remote (West Sussex or Midlands). In this role, you will be designing intuitive, user-centered digital services for the Public Sector program. Your primary focus will be to enable users to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality design solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with various departments to understand user needs and develop design solutions that meet those needs. 2. Design user interfaces for digital services that are intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible to all users. 3. Conduct usability testing to ensure the design meets the intended goals and provides a seamless user experience. 4. Iterate designs based on user feedback and stakeholder requirements. 5. Work closely with developers to implement design solutions effectively. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 2. Proven experience as an Interaction Designer or a similar role. 3. Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful user-centered design projects. 4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. 5. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
