We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic food and beverage team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will serve as the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment that values guest satisfaction above all else. Responsibilities: 1. Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with efficiency and warmth. 2. Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests as needed. 3. Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set before each seating. 4. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to address any issues or special requests from guests in a timely manner. 5. Communicate effectively with management regarding table status, guest feedback, and other important information. 6. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment by working collaboratively with fellow waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff. 7. Uphold company standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times. 8. Provide prompt and courteous service in response to guest complaints or concerns. 9. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while exhibiting strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. 10. Comply with all local health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
