The Accounting Officer will maintain a full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. The role involves preparing audit schedules, managing finance document filing, performing month-end closing for financial reports, and handling stock takes to resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Conduct stock takes and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Working hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a complete set of accounts (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger) as well as audit schedules. Duties include housekeeping and filing of finance documents, performing month-end closing for financial reporting within the specified timeline, and being in charge of conducting stock takes and resolving any inventory discrepancies that may arise. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
