Job Description
The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting & Finance professional for the role of Account Payable Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, invoicing, journal entries, data entry, general ledger accounting, and other related tasks using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. Your primary duties will include preparing and processing financial statements, managing account receivables, generating reports, and assisting with tax returns. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. ACCA or CPA certification is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
