Role Overview We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, thereby enhancing the overall brand reputation and driving customer loyalty. Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with technical issues related to our food delivery platform. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document solutions effectively. 4. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for process improvements. 5. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by offering personalized solutions and maintaining a positive attitude during interactions. 6. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
