Responsibilities
- Administer project document management systems such as Aconex Procore to control access rights and manage document metadata.
- Distribute and control all revisions of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) shop drawings.
- Stamp superseded drawings to prevent obsolete site use.
- Process and track Work Inspection Requests (WIR), Material Submittals (MAR), and Requests for Information (RFI).
- Monitor all submissions.
