Job Description
The day-to-day scope of the role will therefore include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of construction contracts and related documentation. This includes building contracts, particularly in FIDIC standard forms, consultancy agreements, and ancillary security arrangements, as well as FIDIC Engineer's Instructions (FE).
