Guest-Focused F&B Attendants and Hospitality Ambassadors work in hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality venues to provide excellent food and beverage service. They ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
What this role usually involves
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues politely.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
