Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the IT infrastructure.
- Supervise the IT team.

- Manage switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Administer Windows Server Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
