Lead and manage supply chain operations within specific areas or departments, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain performance. 3. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the supply chain, and develop strategies to mitigate them. 4. Oversee vendor management, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations. 5. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness, and take corrective actions as needed. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the company's supply chain management strategies. 8. Lead training and development initiatives for SCM team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. 9. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes at the executive level. 10. Collaborate with other department heads to align SCM strategies with overall company objectives. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field. 3. Proven leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. 6. Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software, and data analysis tools. 7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards. 10. Strong understanding of accounting principles (preferred but not required).
