Restaurant Manager vacancy in Manama, Bahrain. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team in Manama, Bahrain. As the appointed Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and managing financial aspects effectively. Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant 2. Ensuring exceptional customer service 3. Maintaining high-quality food standards 4. Managing financial aspects effectively 5. Collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to optimize performance 6. Implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the restaurant 7. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations 8. Responding promptly and professionally to customer feedback 9. Managing inventory control and supply chain management 10. Scheduling and supervising staff members Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role 2. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills 3. Strong understanding of food service operations, budgeting, and marketing 4. Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations 5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 6. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills 7. Ability to handle stress and make quick decisions 8. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills 9. Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred) 10. Fluency in English, with Arabic as a plus
