Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering is required for the position of Senior Service Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Service Level Agreement (SLA) programs, retrofits, upgrades, extensions, and modifications of telecommunications systems for assignments classified as medium or high complexity. Proficiency in handling telecommunication equipment is essential. The ideal candidate should also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
