Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Owner’s Engineer to join our team for a power generation Independent Power Producer (IPP) project in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), commissioning interfaces, contractor management, and reporting. Responsibilities: - Support EPC design review - Provide construction supervision and site inspection - Conduct testing and commissioning activities - Manage reporting and ensure compliance with project standards
