Job Description

A leading financial services firm based in Dubai is seeking a Finance Business Partner Associate to manage financial aspects, maintain compliance, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of accounting experience, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and demonstrate strong analytical skills. This role involves: 1. Overseeing financial tasks and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. 2. Collaborating with the finance team to provide strategic insights and support decision-making processes. 3. Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as conducting analysis of variances and trends. 4. Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls. 5. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and expectations. 6. Providing guidance on financial matters to business partners and senior management. 7. Participating in the year-end audit process, liaising with auditors as required. 8. Continuously improving processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive financial performance. 9. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance management. 10.
