Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager - Banking Systems We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager with extensive experience in Transaction Banking and Corporate Banking Systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in managing OBDX/Digital Banking Platforms, including expertise in Legacy System Migration and Digital Migration. Responsibilities: 1. Lead project planning, governance, and execution for banking system initiatives. 2. Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and cutover planning to ensure smooth transition. 3. Manage business analysis and requirement management tasks effectively. 4. Collaborate closely with various departments to align projects with strategic objectives. 5. Ensure project compliance with industry standards and regulations. 6. Provide regular progress reports and escalate issues as necessary. 7. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. An advanced degree is preferred. 2. Proven experience (minimum 8 years) managing complex IT projects within the banking sector. 3. Strong knowledge of OBDX/Digital Banking Platforms and Legacy System Migration. 4. Excellent business analysis and requirement management skills. 5. Proficient in project planning, governance, and risk management methodologies. 6. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
