We are recruiting an International Sales Manager for Construction Chemicals for one of our clients, a leading construction chemicals organization based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a well-established construction chemicals company serving the UAE and regional markets. The company specializes in delivering high-quality chemical solutions to the construction industry. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the international market 2. Manage and grow existing accounts, while expanding the client base 3. Collaborate with the research and development team to introduce new products 4. Liaise with distributors and customers to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the company 6. Prepare and present sales reports for management 7. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations Requirements: 1. Proven experience in sales management within the construction chemicals industry 2. Strong understanding of international markets and business strategies 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to travel as required 5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field
