Project Director - Data Center Construction Lead the delivery of data center construction projects throughout various stages, contributing to planning, coordination, execution, and completion activities as necessary. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee project planning and execution for data center construction projects. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects. 3. Develop and implement strategies for managing risks and challenges during project lifecycle. 4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies. 5. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. 6. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders. 7. Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project objectives. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Project Director or similar role in data center construction. 2. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. 3. Knowledge of construction regulations and standards. 4. Familiarity with project management software. 5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
