Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously, ensuring smooth internal telecommunication in accordance with Sofitel Standards. Accurately record and manage wake-up calls. Assist guests with international calls and directory queries, calling guests by name whenever possible. Handle guest requests professionally.
