Job Description
Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Piping Construction Manager to spearhead all piping construction activities from fabrication through mechanical completion on ADNOC-scale projects. The successful candidate must possess over 20 years of experience in the piping construction industry, extensive knowledge of oil and gas codes, and a proven ability to manage large teams effectively. Responsibilities include: 1. Overseeing all aspects of piping construction projects from conception to completion. 2. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on schedule and within budget. 3. Ensuring compliance with oil and gas industry codes and regulations. 4. Managing project timelines, resources, and costs to meet project deadlines. 5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. 6. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. 7. Conducting regular inspections of piping construction work to ensure quality standards are maintained. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 2. Over 20 years of experience in the piping construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 3. Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects. 4. Extensive knowledge of oil and gas codes and regulations. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
