Corby, Northamptonshire £28,000 - £30,000 + bonus and benefits Overview: This well-established business that serves clients across various industries is seeking a dynamic, driven Sales & Marketing Executive. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you will gain an opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients 3. Identify new business opportunities within targeted industries 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives 5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic planning 6. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals 7. Prepare sales reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and actionable insights Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. Proven experience (3+ years) in a sales or marketing role within the Sales or Consulting industry 3. Strong understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing tools 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 6. Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed sales targets 7.
